She has an incredible eye and exceptional skills for anything to do with web or graphic design and a (nearly disturbing) love for analytics. Her true value to clients is her intense passion for what she does. Because of her truly creative mind, she literally has more great ideas than she knows what to do with and loves to brainstorm with clients to find the best ways to help them grow.
Candace graduated from St. Cloud Technical College in St. Cloud, MN with degrees in both Web Design and Graphic Design and has worked in the marketing field for over twenty years in many different capacities. Most recently, Candace served as Marketing Manager for a national manufacturer. Along with being the true face of Smallfish Creative Consulting, she has a heart for helping organizations do what they love.

Then, after achieving his lifelong dream of becoming a published author, he teamed up with his amazing wife Candace to create their new dream; Smallfish Creative Consulting. He loves helping other small businesses and non-profits to thrive in a challenging landscape.
